Jim Marchese obtained his photography degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. With over thirty years of experience, Jim shoots with technical expertise and an unparalleled sense of art and design. He uses natural light or strobe, studio set-up or location, color or b/w, digital or film. Whether given strict layouts or no layout at all, Jim loves problem-solving and is an excellent team player with art directors/clients, or works great on his own.
Jim is low-key, gets the job done on time and within budget, and is always prepared. He has a remarkable way of connecting with his photo subjects, many of whom are not used to being photographed, making them feel at ease.
He is located on Long island,
about 45 minutes from New York City, and travels everywhere.
