At one point in the show, Bruce would momentarily step to the back of the stage and cool himself down
with water from a pail at the end of a song.  Then he'd come back out shaking off the water,
counting "One, two, three, four" and start up all over again. 
Never in a close enough position to catch this moment, one night I stayed in front of the stage,
crushed by the crowd, and waited...and waited.  And then...Voila! 
Venue is Johnanneshov Ice Stadium.
